In recent years we have introduced a One Stop Shop customer service centre under the name of Waterline, which provides high-standard customer services.
Customers can, from the comfort of their home, dial Waterline?s telephone number to address all their potable water-related issues. After dialling 06 40 247 247, use your keys to enter your water meter reading, check your balance, or ask for forms to be sent to you by fax.
By using the available menu items, you can, for example, get information about water rates, the available forms of support, or the quality of water.
Our customer service offers high standards and quality customer management owing to our ability to satisfy the internationally accepted OFWAT (Office of Water Services) requirements, which were introduced by the Waterworks with a view to improving customer satisfaction.
