Fővárosi Vízművek Zrt.
We issue partial bills every two months between bills based on actual meter reading once a year. The quantity is offered based on the average consumption in the previous three years, which you can modify.
If you do not want to receive a partial invoice, but would always pay for the actual consumption, you have the option to dictate the meter read at the above contact, so only in the absence of dictation will a partial value be accounted for.
If partial invoicing is acceptable for you, but you would change its two-month amount, this is also possible:
You can view the exact duration of the reading period by visiting our online customer service page in the menu item Reading / dictation periods or in the "Next meter reading or dictation date" section of your water bill.
For the sake of accurate metering, if you do not meet the reading person, dictate your meter read online (and attach the photo of the actual meter reading).

Reading/dictation periods, read or dictated meter readings can also be queried after a short registration, or a statement on the consumption can be requested online:
Reading and dictation periods
Use our online interface to create statements and accounts, and you can also download them in the form of a graph, so it is eye-catching if you record a very high value, and it would be easier to present the development of consumption at the house meeting.
If there are also apartment submeters behind the connection meter, you can query their last meter reads, validity period and main data by clicking the button below.
APARTMENT SUBMETER DATA
If the Municipality requests an official statement of your consumption for soil load or possibly the insurer requests it after a possible pipe damage, you can also obtain it by clicking on the button below:

Potential reasons for the difference between the consumption measured by main meter and submeters can be the following:
In this case, our staff will notify the user of the date of the repeated reading. If it is not possible to read the meter even at the time indicated in this way, it is worth dictating the metering read even within the reading period, in which case a photo must be attached.
If neither a read nor a dictated meter read is recorded, we will issue the bill for an estimated value based on your previous average water consumption.
